Nestled in the heart of Birkirkara, Gove's has been open in its original position for the past 65 years. Currently in its third generation, this family-run establishment has at its helm Alan Gove who took charge in the early 2000 and has not looked back since!. Gove's strives to offer an original old-world experience whilst keeping abreast with modern tastes. Boasting a state-of-the-art modern kitchen whilst remaining true to its original roots, Gove's offers a range of traditional fare such as baked pasta and the iconic ftira biz-zejt - the latter prepared in front of your eyes. The menu also boasts of heartier meals such as in-house beef burgers, as well as salads and wraps. Gove's will be in the near future start serving its renowned home-made soft ice-cream. Open from 5am to late afternoon, we look forward to welcoming you time and time again.
